Born and raised in Hong Kong, Perrine Lee has began studying Classical piano at the age of six. Under the instruction of Ms. Petty Wan, she earned her Diploma in Piano Performance (DipABRSM) from the Associated Boards of Royal Schools of Music and an Associates in Piano Performance (ATCL) from the Trinity College London when she was sixteen. Her passion for keyboard music inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Classical keyboard studies at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2015. The following year, Perrine decided to relocate to California to experience a more diverse music scene. A past student of USC-graduate, Dr. Wan-Chin Chang, she is now studying under the instruction of Dr. Shun-Lin Chou at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music with a scholarship.
Perrine is well-versed in keyboard studies and has been mentoring and teaching piano in Hong Kong and San Diego county since 2015. She has performed in musical theatre, opera, choral and orchestra settings all over San Diego county. With her experience in piano-performing and teaching, Perrine hopes to share joy and knowledge with her students through music.
